Hello, my name is Michelle Tocora and I am a Sophomore Computer Engineering Student at the Florida Institute of Technology. I attended Kean University for 2 years and decided to transfer to Florida Tech so now I plan on graduating in 2018.
On March 4th, I received an e-mail from the Distributed Research Experiences for Undergraduates (DREU). It stated that they were delighted to inform me that I had been selected to participate in the CDC/CRA-W DREU in the summer of 2015. That news brought tears of joy to my eyes. This will be my first research project and hope to gain a marvelous learning experience out of it!
